“I joined SASE my freshman year and immediately fell in love with the people and what it stands for. I found my family and a nurturing environment for me to break out of my comfort zone. I had so many ideas and a vision so I got involved with Regional Conference last year as part of the Marketing Committee. It was an eye-opening experience for my creative skills and my leadership skills. Little by little, my involvement with SASE grew. Now I am part of Regional Conference as the Marketing Director. SASE has been my creative outlet and has allowed me to do go beyond what I imagined.
Marketing is the reason you hear about Southeast Regional Conference. We work with all creative content, media handling, and promotional items. We make sure you hear about Regional Conference and that you know what we’re all about. From these spotlight posts to the website to the graphics you see around to the promotional items you get in swag bags. We make sure your conference experience is creative, informational, and goes beyond your expectations.
This year, as Marketing Director, I wanted to go beyond and take things one step further than what I achieved last year as part of marketing committee. I want to create a more visual experience for this year’s conference and in turn, our attendees to have a more memorable moments. This means putting in countless hours into creating more graphics and videos, planning out more methods to deliver information about conference, and hashing out more details on our posts and website.
My favorite aspect of working on the conference is definitely the opportunity of a creative work space. Everything I love to do is of the creative nature, in all types of media. I have enjoyed every single moment when creating something for conference, whether it’s a flyer or logo to even crafting a tabling board.
I can’t wait to see the reaction of everyone when they see what we have in store for our swag bags and day-of visuals.
Don’t forget to participate in our social media contest going on now and the day of. We have lots of prizes in store and much to give out!”
